Armature Structure Optimization of Annular Multipole Solenoid Valves Based on Electromagnetic Force Distribution

چکیده

To improve the dynamic response speed of high-speed solenoid valves in electric fuel injection systems marine diesel engines, a numerical simulation model valve is described this paper. The accuracy was verified on test bed valve. effect punch position and size were investigated by using distribution law electromagnetic force armature. results showed that armature drilling inter-yoke zone can optimize closing time, but it has little impact opening time. From rule, two groove schemes further designed. Through comparison calculation, be concluded fan scheme better than trapezoidal scheme, times should targeted order to multi-target geometric parameters thickness. show after optimization, weight motion part reduced 21.6%, time 11.1%, 30.0%. While reducing oil film damping motion, overall characteristics are improved.
